A few ideas off the top of my head to begin afresh.
1) Be mindful of your intentions and thoughts. Make sure that your conscience is at peace with them.
2) The decisions you make will directly and indirectly influence where your life leads and how you overcome the challenges that will present themselves. Give some thought to them before you make them.
3) Remind the people who matter to you that you care about them as often as you can because they need to know. It inspires them to greater heights.
4) Acknowledge that you are the legacy you create.
5) Speak softly and remember to be kind with words. They are an insight of how you treat yourself.
6) Pray, reflect, disconnect. You do need time for that. It helps you find peace and keeps your plans on track.
7) If you receive kindness, pay it forward. If you don't, create the kindness and pay it. It'll help you feel better.
8) Take deep breaths.
9) Say 'Thank You' for every experience, good or bad. They all make you better.
10) Manners Maketh Man. How we are treated is completely relative to the respect we have for anyone, regardless of their status.
