Hey Naughty Girl

Thanks for the headsup. My brother is a Barrister, but I do not want to get his opion and services, unless the pawpaw really hits the fan. How would a court prove anyway that a person didn't just pay for the girl's time and company and the sex was just a thing that happened naturally between two consenting adults? How would a court prove that the money that you paid, wasn't just a gift. When I visit a girl it isn't just for the sex. I also experience her as a person and I have become good friends with some of the girls. The girls provide a invaluable service and allways listen.

Cheers

Hi Naughty

Haven't they very recently tabled the revised/new 'Sexual Offences Bill' in parliament for promulgation this session?

...seem to remember hearing on the news...I think last week. Remember them saying it deals in a lot more detail with rape (both male and female) and abuse, etc. I'd be interested to see what they say now about so called 'prostitution' etc ??? Sex for Reward, indecent acts etc!??

Hi,

Garry you are right, it very difficult to prove in a court of law that it was prostitution rather than consential sex.

My concern is not winning the court case (or even paying the R6000) but rather the effect of been arrested at a 'place', getting my name in the paper and having to go to court.

Prostitution should be legalised and controlled. It is a basic need of most men and will in many ways stop a lot of the crime that is secondary to the trade.

Hey Womanlover

I agree with you. Been dragged through the court and papers can kill both a marriage and a carreer. Hopefully there will be some sort of legalization by 2010.

Cheers

What is your view on frequenting a 'club' as opposed to a private house of an individual lady.

My experience is that the club offers better choice and facilties but has the risk of a raid.

On the other hand the home is just to personal. I hate screwing a lady whilst the photos of her granny stare at me from the dresser.
