I called her and told her I was on my way. When I got there she made me wait outside for over 20 minutes. Another lady opened the door and let me in. I asked her if she was the one I spoken to over the phone? She replied that the lady is busy and not available. wouldn't go back here.

Its not a lie it happened to me as well and I waited for a room to be available and when it was it was a total disaster really.Never going to sum1 working from some house.

i have to agree that you do that sometimes. I remember i called you long time ago, and confirmed the booking, then when i arrived in Midrand your phone was off. I drove all the way from CBD to Midrand for nothing. You did apologise yes, but what about the time, petrol and effort spent? You need to work on that Penny.
