Fair point - I agree - the post can act as an incentive but not my intention at all. Also, people could just filter their search by age if they really wanted to.
When you consider most searches for 21 would yield what actually around 35 most of the time moreso that you cannot search for 18-21yo on this site, you've just offered it up on a golden platter for those guys actually wanting to book young hot women even if it wasn't your intention, if...

I doubt any venue would put up their hand if they've been up to something shady. I would feel more at ease if ESA confirms that ID's of advertisers have been checked before allowing them onto this advertising platform.

I definitely do have girls under 21 working at Benjamin's, none are advertised on ESA.
All my ladies are between the ages om 18 and 28.
