Topdeck it's over 500+ days NoFap which is not the same as the 376 days Semen Retention (this doesn't mean celibacy). There's a difference.
Moreover, the body has homeostatic reflexive response that can cause 'wet dreams' aka nocturnal emissions/ secretions... That's why it isn't an issue at all.
I cannot see any issue here, whatsoever.

A quick search on YouTube on semen retention specifically would bring more success stories and video content than can be viewed in 5 lifetimes.
This has gone "mainstream" on YouTube but not the paid media outlets.

After 5 minutes with Ms Google (of course Google is female - she knows everything), there is no scientific evidence of long term benefits. Studies showing benefits have been really small and the testosterone benefit seems to peak at 7 days and does not continue thereafter.
Still - if this works for the OP or anyone else, good for them. There are many things that may make a positive difference in a person's life that does not have scientific backing.
However folks should do real research before believing what they watch on YouTube or read on this forum.
Personally I have done this a few times and for completely different reasons. Some SPs were very understanding and some took it as a huge challenge to make me ejaculate. Both were fantastic in their own way :-)
