can i ask did you have a cold or anything else maybe? or did you have like any other drigs or alcohol maybe with it?

Glad you did survive the heart attack. Wish you a speedy recovery.
Guys take this as a learning, consult a doctor before you start using any supplements to enhance your performance. 99.9% of the time there may be no problems, but like baby2 you will never know till it is to late and you in for a rude awakening.
Packaging may say herbal but definitely not fully herbal.

I concur jjsoap .. using it for a couple of months now with no side effects !!!
