Withdraw yourself from both individuals as soon as possible. I was privy to an affair in our office, told them to stop it and left it at that but learnt very quickly that just knowledge of the affair is enough trouble. It got me into kak with my friends wife because I said nothing to her. Just withdraw till the dust settles.

The next time she starts telling you stories about his wrong-doings, pretend that there's nothing wrong with it. Tell her meat is meat and a man must eat!
