Honestly think your budget needs adjusting for all you want included.

CIM, COF and COB, feet play, rimming, all those ladies normally charges as extras or offer as part of fetish sessions.

Very few ladies even those at the lower spectrum charging 400 or 500 a hour won't give all that to you for 700-800.

Maybe cut to twice monthly offer 1400-1600 and i am sure you will get more ladies responding..
