Condolences.
I make no doubt but that you have deep reserves of Philosophy to draw on to tide you over this difficult time.

"Everyone can master a grief but he that has it."

Thanks again all. I am blessed to report I have regained my own semblance of normalcy.
I know the grieving will continue but will be more mental than that initial physical (almost) inability.

top lessons (re)learned:
1. difficult times show grades of friendship in surprising ways
1a. The purple world is a warm hearted place! appart from forum postings i have also had pm reachouts even from folk with whom I often differ on the forum. You folks were like my own personal secret army of fellow weirdos that was standing rock solid around me with no exception. I found it very heartening.
1b. maybe there was the odd play for business as it takes all sorts, but I felt a sencerity of intent in the postings and pms of the ladies. they were giving support not hunting!
1b1. I think many ladies are lonlier than we can imagine and their empathy capacity is astounding.
1b2. how much do we support them as people and not as service providers?
2. beuorocracy sucks worse when one is emotionally vulnerable
3. make live easier for those left behind. eg. do they know which funeral chain you have a plan with? how do i get into your phone? who of the 999 people on your phone should know about your passing? where is your id card (could save an afidavid trip) etc. we are terribly prepared to die even if we think its easy it can become messy
4. contacts of dad that i dont know are often eager to go on self indulging narrations of how they met etc etc although you start of with something in the line of i have many to phone
5. life indeed is like a box of chocolates
6. common sense is not all that common
7. you folks are great! tnx :)
7.1.2.g: my logical layout numbering ability sucks

ps: you will be proud of me. voice 99,9% of the time reliable and i managed to hold my indestructible son fasade where it was required. aka the cowboy only cried to his horse :)
