@GudTyms, mate trust me they may have gotten away with it a few times but eventually I would send someone in to test them and if they did extras then even if they where my top earner they where fired.

Understand that when ladies have taken things into their own hands and changed rules it has led to many clients pushing luck with other ladies that are not comfortable with it

Hi Sean, i for 1 will be supporting you if you were to open an establishment. Been to divine 2 times while you ran it and a couple after and it was chalk and cheese. Not only the service but the vibe you get from the ladies and venue as a whole. I speak for myself but if there is a venue place or even lady that leaves a positiv and comfortable feeling you can expect return visits guaranteed. I guess it is a psychological thing.

Simple request......dont ask to stick your filthy fingers in any ladies panties if its a massage only establishment!

Sean, keep an eye on your new ladies and dont let punters get away with crap. Nail the asses of the ladies to the wall who allow such filth and then name and shame the punters involved!

Little doubt you can run this kind of establishment, you've done it before.
You admit you'd now do certain things different which I'd reckon is normal, you did learn - of course, so your experience this time should be more of a cushion, always good to have.
The venue hence location will be different though. You're the judge out for this, backed by your gutfeel coming from same experience.
Your clients will be both same and new, however this you'll have little control over - but you do regarding the MG's you'll contract.
A different matter is the 'investor', and here you'll have to trust your instincts rather than a calculator. If you ask here for this specific reason then sorry, wrong boardroom I think.

This then leaves you yourself - may I suggest you ask Sean what he wants?

As you have read, lots of support for you. You need to work out what is stopping you. It is a bit like the taxi industry, where there a turf wars (not whores), but you have to figure out how you going to deal with it. The rest is then history.

2 options for you Sean.

Option 1: become a millionaire. Open a divine in Cape Town.definitely a need and you only have 2 real competitors who's prices are high.

Option 2: become a double millionaire. Open a divine in PE.where you will enjoy exclusive market access to the full pie of the industry as there is not one single sensual massage venue in PE.
