Thanks u so much esa for this Thread, i always try to do my job professional, and i learned a lot from these tutorials. Especially the mistakes i was doing, like make a booking on a private number and wo'nt happen again.
My question is, How do we deal with the fact of wg's minimizing their rates to R150 an hour, in an escort business?.
This causes difficulties in a professional wg's business, especially when their based in one building or area.
It also kills the standards and the reputation of an escort gul, and place it in the same level as a street prostitude, and be treated like one.
How do one maintain her profession in such an environment?

Let me add some of my input. ESA can then correct me if I am wrong anywhere.

Bookings: If a punter sends a sms the WG should respond. Same as if I am looking for a product or service. I search on the internet find what i like then make the call. If no answer i send an sms or email with the basics eg price, availability. With time the WG will develop a system on how and what to reply in the sms or emails. If i cant get hold of the person who I am trying to contact I move onto the next. That means loss of business from the first point of interest.

I make a point to get back to all my missed calls because I don't want to lose the business.

Cancellations: If an appointment is set for a certain time keep to it. If something comes up inform the punter immediately. Some punters travel far and cost of travelling is not cheap these days. A simple sms to the punter requesting a cancellation or change of time will go a long way. Some punters clear schedules to make an appointment with a WG. Also a WG should give a punter some leeway for unforeseen delays like a tire puncture on the way to the appointment.
In my work i am the service provider so i ensure that I inform my clients of any changes although I take my clients appointment as a priority. I have found that people are understanding if they are kept in the loop of their booking.

Now ladies you need to understand that at times clients sometimes don't pitch for the appointments. Its just one of those things. As the service provider you should remain professional and simply take it as a knock.

Classic example - just phoned an attractive looking girl in Pretoria for a likely future visit. It was just before 10 on a Sunday morning, so maybe not the best time.....but....really her response on the phone was dreadful, I can only think she was still asleep, hungover, or still on another planet....in the end she just put the phone down on me as I was asking what her rate would be....
So cross that one off the list - if that is her phone approach then I don't want to waste my time and money any further. She hasn't got any reviews so far, and now she wont get from me!
I reckon she has lost out more than me!

Not only in the escort business but in all spheres of business , South Africans are useless , unprofessional and lazy.
Nor is this confined to any one race group. It is across the board.
It is almost as if businesses think that they are doing you a favour by selling you their product or rendering you a service.
Many wg's put the phone down on me because I ask what the donation amount is and what I can expect for that outlay of money.
Cellphone voicemail can be changed whenever and however often you need to . Have a voicemail message for when you are in a booking. Another voicemail for when you are on holiday, another for when you
are indisposed etc etc

I'm new to the Site, but the Girls I have booked uses email aswell. I would rather email them and get information on costs ect.

I find I don't always know what to say or ask over the phone and so far the responses was great via mail, full explanation of services and costs. Then I called, had nice chat and booked.

For me there is nothing worse than calling 10 different numbers and all the numbers are just ringing or off. Most don't reply to SMS? (SMS being sent after trying to call to request info) Atlease send mail or sms with rates and info...

If its in my budget rate I can make contact, if not... There is always next time but atleast I know what to expect
