Very high on my bucket list too...when I slow down.
Teaching others self sustainability ...is this not the old ways of a planet long ago...?....possible in this fast paced ever evolving world aspiring to new tech, and virtual reality. A step back or a step fwd?

Would certainly travel to some of the best golfing locations and experience the countries best cultures, including the local quisines

Run a gourmet restaurant and a cocktail bar on a beach like Patong, Miami or even really out the reach kind of place. far enough people willing to go, so distant there is no light pollution, finish each day's work with a drink staring at the stars with friends and colleagues, telling stories and jokes.

Buy a big piece of land with lots of indigenous trees and a lake. Walk around naked.

Buy a quiet piece of fertile land and grow my own crops, for sale and charity. Live on the farm in a large house, a peaceful life with family and support friends/relatives who are struggling.
Pray for an hour everyday
Buy 2 high end motor vehicles for personal use and several commercial ones.
Rear horses on the farm for the derby
Take 2 holidays in a year with family, one very high end and one rustic, so that children are not taking everything for granted
2 punts every month, one with a regular and one new
Buy holiday homes in Italy, India, Singapore, New Zealand and Iceland
List goes on and on and on
Pray for an hour everyday
