Haha, if we do i don't think we are at the top of the list. China would be at the top, Russian and Israel would probably be next in line. To be honest you can just outsource it, it's a new world, everything is a service, you can buy cyber crime as a service.

The every day joe generally feels the impact of this stuff when the tools leak and cyber crime uses it to steal your money. That's what they did with the NSA stuff as well.
