With most of my non-professional sexual encounters, there is definitely more than one orgasm from my side if it's the first time. Most professional interactions, it's one time, since I do respect that time is passing, even if the clock is not being watched! In terms of my philosophy I rarely cum first, usually it is the lady who has one or two orgasms before I consider having one myself. One never knows however how long the first time for oneself will take and if you know there is a cum once policy in place it can work against one.
