My gold membership has always been activated on time, so thanks for that.

But I'd also prefer not to lose my gold membership, so can I perhaps get some clarity on ESA's stance regarding reviewing content creators? I recall in the past it was not allowed but I've seen more reviews popping up focused solely on content (and not an in-person visit). Is that allowed or does it still constitute a bannable offense?

Thank you for contacting ESA.

As soon as your payment reflects in the ESA account we will activate your membership.

Please note the ESA office hours are Monday to Saturday: 8 am to 5 pm. Our offices are closed on Sundays.

For a prompt response please ensure that payments are made within ESA office hours, If you have made a payment using EFT from a different bank we will only activate when the money reflects in ESA'S account.

Should you have used the wrong reference please note that until we have the correct information we can not activate the payment to a profile
