I am in the news business and see all the reports on Covid.
It is beyond dispute that most of the people hospitalised in the past 18 months with Covid were unvaccinated. In many counties, including SA.
And even if the vaccines are not as effective against omicron, which the science says they aren't, omicron is not as severe as the delta and beta variants. And I believe a booster will still give me some measure of protection.
Better safe with a sore arm than sorry, as many stupid anti-vaxxers have found out to their cost over the past 18 months.
