All I am saying is that surgery comes with risks. Always.
Don't risk your lives over breasts it isn't worth it.
If a guy is so superficial that he thinks less of a small breasted girl than a full chested one he doesn't deserve her.
Obvious exception are the poor women who have to undergo a mastectomy, and requires reconstruction for their own personal reasons. But not on a guys terms please
We are pigs, but don't risk your health for us.
