Fantastic I agree with all the notes given so far although Ben Layden I do think it should work both ways. I have always been taught manners are very important. I do find it very rude if a punter just puts the phone down on me without so much as a decent response.

im guilty of making a few mistakes myself and don't know how long I can blame it on being a newbie.I see that I still have a long way to go.Thanks to ESA for pointing me in the right direction

Found this thread extremely educational. Thank you ESA. Some WGs should read it. And yes! a respectful honourable and kind word toward the WG goes a long way in establishing a great rapour. My first impression starts with telephone etiquette. Being a hopeless romantic a nice friendly smile at the door paves the way. So enjoyed this topic of conversation.
