This is a much better response...Welcome to the adult table! The "problem" should have been rooted out long ago. Time for us to put our heads together and resolve it once and for all.

This is also concerning to me - it comes across as ESA protecting a scammer instead of the punters. If the banned member made the mistake and it was an innocent party that was drawn into this then by all means ban him...but that was not the case and the lady in question is still able to use this platform to advertise.

We can not just ban the advertisers on every punter's word, we need concrete evidence before banning an advertiser, we keep a record of every complaint and we analyze from there.

As I said, I do understand why he posted the numbers but our policy is clear and the punter who was banned confirmed to me that he does not read the policies, he just agrees so he can post.

I have been saying this from the beginning of these scams, USE A PUNTER PHONE, for some reason this request is being ignored time and time again although it's in your direct interest.

It is not in my interest to ban anyone from ESA but our policies will be upheld. I will reiterate again that this forum is a courtesy afforded to you by the owner of ESA it is not your right and anyone who violates the policies will have to face the consequences. Every business has rules and regulations I'm not sure why you think ours should be any different.
