Had a similar attitude, till I quit 8 years ago. Life without smoking is indeed way better than being a smoker.

I hear you Kooni, I had resigned myself to the fact that I would smoke until death and then one day finally plucked up the courage to quit.
Been just over a year now and life is definitely better smoke free than being a slave to the nicotine

I quit a little over 8 years ago, struggled with withdrawal for months lol. Eventually that went away, and I don't miss everything smelling like smoke etc. but I'm still waiting for any physical benefit that I can feel.

Not that it may be better but I moved to the disposable vapes and works lekker ... but also not good for a person, but hey no one is perfect!

Almost a year....6 days to go. This was easier than I thought it would be. Now I can celebrate next week with a cigarette...lmao

I cannot stand the smell of a cigarette, but I don't mind if a wg has just smoked before the booking. That's what mouthwash is for

I ate allot more and got fat....hahaha. I just try to stay busy. First few weeks were difficult, but you get used to it

I need to try and stop some people praise the Allen Carr method shoeld I book a session its like 8k.

I love him! He's a judge on RPDR UK. He's much funnier than GN (talk show host), also looks like someone that gets along with anyone.
