Was going to talk to Chairman Boobs about nominating Sir Kaas as director, but not sure if he will relinquish his vice-chairman status ? Director and vice chairman. But then we need a vice-chairman, as Boobs is definitely not skommeling so much these days.

So let me formally propose ththat Sir Kaas be anointed a director in Mini's place.
