That isn't the perspective they're looking at it from. These ladies are looking at it from the perspective of "If there's guys willing to go for this and pay more than they would knowing up front, then why on earth would I go with an upfront price and make less?" That's as far as it goes like a one track situation. They don't really think about repeat business, and referrals or more business etc etc. That's how we men think. As long as it yields what's needed for the day, it's all good and those things are a problem for another day.

Complain all you want but they don't care because you're not the target audience until the target audience runs out and then they'll change tact to what suites the next.

The usual reason behind "We'll discuss in the room" is when a provider (especially newer ones) only feels comfortable doing extras with certain clients that she is attracted (or not completely unattracted) to and wants to keep the power of making that decision. Of course some will try and use it to see how much they can fleece from a particular client who appears more affluent but some venues also say things along the lines of "if she is comfortable doing XYZ then the cost is 123" which is a better approach for these cases imo. I think a big reason why a lot of guys pay the fees in the room (other than the obvious one where the little head has taken over) is because they now feel special that they have been selected to be allowed these extras when others may not have been.

Saw that a lot of times at venues where you go for drinks and bookings also. The new arrivals (ladies) just want to be booked by certain guys, but after a while they changed their minds and go with anyone. There was times that a lady was not interesting in me , and now she complaints because I went with all the ladies except her. If they reject me, I also lost interest in her, doesn't matter how beautiful she is.
