Hi Steve...why do you guys advertise your ladies to be available if they are on their lady time? On Monday I booked a girl and when I arrived at the time she told me she has problems due to her starting her cycle that morning!! I already paid the fees and since no-one else was avail as the booking ladies dis not inform me timeously, I had to go for normal treatment...!!! Could you please rectify this with you reception girls or not have the girls show avail for bookings?

Quantumdick --This is a very difficult situation with No Real Solution that is 110 % correct. The Policy with the Ladies if they are on Lady time is to inform the Client of their Restrictions from a Full Treatment up front -- If a Client calls in & Books then she is to call the Client & advise in advance to avoid any inconvenience --Problems such as Clients Not wanting to leave a # comes into play --also if You have already arrived it is an Issues --the receptionists are Not allowed to speak on a Ladies behalf -- the Therapist is the one who advises the Client -- Sorry but it is a Tricky area to deal with -- You should have been able to get your Reservation Refunded with no Issue at that stage --Sorry

Ive heard numerous good things about the venue and the ladies. Most of the reviews are always positive. As a guy who frequents massage venues in JHB I am keen to pop by your venue in PTA. With that said i would like to know do the ladies working there see non-white clientele as I would hate to drive all the way there just to be dissapointed as i see on all the profiles ROAR. I ask this as I prefer being upfront so as to avoid any misunderstandings.

Visited HOE in Jan, was greeted by the hostess who assissted me with my booking. This venue is nice and clean, privacy low until you reach the room. Nice clean rooms with amazing showers. Had an overall good experience.

I should have done this a while ago. This place is absolutely amazing from driving in: security,hostesses, reception,waiters,food, management, girls everything tops. If you have never visited - you are definitely missing out.

Fantastic venue. It was my second time. Top notch in terms of food drink and venue. I took a friend who was very much a newbie to the industry. The only complaint that I had was while trying to persuade my friend to do the jump of making a booking, he was very interested with Miami and Skye. I requested that they would join us at the table but to no avail. He sat somewhat disappointed with himself and took this personally and fortunately one of the girls and her companion saved the day. A lovely Jacuzzi session followed. Alas my expectation of the place was somewhat lowered. Although I do accept that certain people do not click that at least the effort is made to talk to some clientele. ‘
I would recommend the place but if you are trying to get a friend into the punting industry not so much as some of the girls are very clicky and it may put some off.
