Security at a complex is paid to look after the residents and therefore their job TO GET OFF THEIR REAR ENDS AND GO TO THE CAR not the other way around.

I have never been to a security complex where I must exit my car and go to the security

I'm going to take a log of flak for this but no not all publicity is good publicity. You swore at the client. Who would want to be with you when you talk like that to a client? Also you say that handing his phone to the guard is the same as at a tollbooth? At a tollbooth you hand them money, not your phone. I would never just hang my phone to someone.
You come across as rude and arrogant and sure you'll have clients but in these tough times, your words and hoe you handled the situation means I will never book you for there are many beautiful girls out there who know how to carry themselves
