If the lady has her working hours on her profile phone her just before her starting time.
Send a message telling her you been battling to get through when's a good time to phone her.
Does she work alone?
If she's got really good reviews from guys I trust and guys are complaining on her profile they can't get through to her. I won't give up easily as I know it will be worth it. I normally find a way.

She may be busy or you phoning out of her stated working hours. Keep trying none of us can afford to loose a client.
