My 5c. The anal area is filled with many nerve endings. So stimulating the region can be very erotic for both men and women. Inside the anus, not so many nerves. But the feeling of being penetrated and the stretching of the anus produces many feelings. Women however have a vagina which is more suited for that. So many may not really be into anal. Plus womens equivalent (sexually) to the prostate is in the vagina, so more likely she'd prefer that.
