Dearest Cape Town.

THANK YOU for your warm welcome.

I am exhausted, a little less nervous.... still familiarizing myself with my new surroundings.

My space is quaint, a lovely surprise and worthy of coming back for future travels. I like it and truly hope my visitors like it too.

Now...all showered laying on my bed, admin and curtain wide open with the city lights against Table Mountain.

What a first night in the fair Cape it is.

A NEW PROMISE


Not much i seek but, the light of a new promise...a day on the rise,

as the morning unfolds, what it shall comprise,

will it know to kiss me with fondness and care?

holding much passionate joy , with me, later to share?

will it blind my vision with images most delicious,

of a lover who knows to be quite capricious,

who knows my yearnings how my heart beats wanting

how my body tingles and burns with longing?

and seeing the light , standing in the rays of the sun

all that a new dawn knows to bring, has begun...

no chance of disappointment or slumbering passion

for the relationship between me and the day, an erotic traction.

with the rise of the sun and the warmth setting in,

such glorious beginnings know only to win...!...

a mind of any that is fruitful and willing,

to rise with the challenge and live the day completely fulfilling.

Now a quick share of my early morning spiritual feed along Beach rd...

A lady walked past me that smelt like a million dollars.
I told her so and she laughed most heartily.

I cyclist I spotted coming toward me...most gorgeous , abs and earrings and all.
He knew I was eyeing his approach, not lasciviously but, with appreciation.

I said

"NICE!!"

He laughed real loud and nearly fell off his bike...and said

"Thank u."

And thus my day started with a light step and a most happy demeanor.

...This morning I opted for a bfst rather than a walk...overlooking the vastness of the ocean.
Around me sat happy chatting people, mostly not locals while the locals walked their dogs and jogged and cycled and simply meandered the park enjoying what Cape Town gives without reserve.

Again.

What more could I have asked for before a share most delicious?
