I have also read a lot of articles on these theories. But what I could not understand till now is what will the vaccine do to you? Will everybody die or become handicapped or go mad and insane???

India has administered 1.5bn doses accross all age groups
China numbers are not established, but with a 1.5bn pop and say 75% eligibility, they too have administered close to 2.2bn doses
Middle east is bordering at 70% coverage also.
Far east is almost fully covered(Singapore, Hongking, S Korea etc)

So is it possible to fool 4bn people and coax them to take a potentially harmful vaccine .

What will happen to the world economy if majority of the population is dead or crippled.

Just some food for thought.

A friend of mine who is in management for a medical company,has had to make changes to existing employees contracts

The backlash they're going to face will be monumental. The constitution supports that people may not be discriminated against..
