I didn't even know sushi had rice hahaha so uncultured in the cuisine *hides*
If anything I thought it was basically minced up stuff from the sea

What I do plan on giving a try this year is Sushi !
Sushi..The one thing seafood related I have never developed a fancy for..hehehe.
I will eat it if it is the only thing on the menu, but will not go out my way to get it or ever buy it for myself.
I can make sushi like a pro, my kids went through a Sushi phase and we went to do a sushi making course as a family years ago.;)
But even that did not make me like it more. I think it is mainly the rice they use that puts me off, grew up learning that rise should be fluffy and loose and that sticky rise just don't do it for me;)
