No its not a crime, but does unforetunately create the perception that you offer bareback. So my advice would be rather not sell "bareback content".

When you send out content, just state that you don't offer bareback as part of your services and that unprotected videos are done with a long term partner. That clarifies it.

I have bought many a video from the ladies here and I've never equated what I see on there with generally available offerings - including CIM, COF and yes bareback. Ladies do those videos with the expressed intention of making content (I.e. porn) vs. as an ad for services rendered & a lot of what you see on the videos is in fact never on the menu with most of the ladies.

So my take is it might be overkill to start selling your videos with T&C.

It is not like all non-porn movies are reality. Why would porn than be reality?

Unfortunately many guys forget that porn is staged drama. Much like in the movies,nobody ever locks their cars or homes. Do we do that in real life cos we see it in a movie?

I would pay good money for this provided both the SP and I do self tests ( over the counter rapid tests that I can bring) before the session and some visual inspection for sores.
The trick is to be circumcised, on Prep and test regularly to make sure you havent caught anything nasty.

Assuming an average SP sees say 5 clients a week (1 per day + 2 off days).
That is 260 different men a year. If she "considers them clean using her eyes", that's 260 chances to infect herself with whatever is out there.
You will come in as #260 and the 259 guys before you could have had anything. Do the math on her/guys being around the trade 5yrs+
