Its along the same lines as raping a gay woman to 'straighten her out' and its that stupidity that enforces our right to turn certain people away!

This issue has been debated and argued to death already! Unless there is something NEW to add, why not let sleeping dogs lie! Your opinions are hardly new and will not change a damn thing! Racial posts are just started in order to start arguments and make tensions rise, nothing more! ESA should delete new posts with regards to these topics and ban the instigators.

If we are to be stripped of our right to choose, maybe its only fair you have your rights to bitch and start shit taken away?

I believe that would,be your freedom of speech?

What you are saying (if i'm reading you correctly) is that it this thing is ever legalised, the government will take away a womens right to choose who she has sex with. THATS LEGALISING RAPE.
WHY CANT YOU SEE THAT???

Please, I beg of you, read my post. I know it's long, but please...read it and understand it because if you keep making such posts, I'll place you on the same boat as the trolls who start threads to start racial e-wars for their amusement. In fact, read both posts!

I said it would make for an interesting legal debate.

I'm not trying to strip anyone off of their rights. Legalising rape? Are you mental, bruv?

In the example I used, no sex is involved. All I wanted to point out is that it would affect the longevity of an establishment that 'hosts' the working girls who have a ROAR policy. Do you understand the implications of legalising prostitution? I think not because that lens you're using to look at this is very narrow.

I honestly believe that some individuals need to donate their human tissue for scientific and medical research. Hopefully some good will come of it...

I'm done with this thread.

Comparing this industry to every other business out there is ridiculous. Since our bodies are the 'product', it's a whole other kettle of fish. If it were legalised for instance, implementing BEE or affirmative action at the establishments would be an amusing process to observe.

Legalisation of our industry should be of benefit to us as service providers. If it infringes on our human rights, why would we even want to entertain the possibility of legalization?

Veronica, I assume that you were replying to my post?

All I'll say is this - the fact that you cite BEE and affirmative action in your post means you missed the point. It's also fairly obvious that you don't don't know how BEE or laws relating to affirmative action are applied. Do you want me to state laws which some thought were an infringement of their rights and yet they were still implemented? You don't "entertain" anything, laws are implemented all the time even though there are outcries about infringement of rights. Has history taught you nothing at all?

It's late, so I'll excuse you. But you're more than welcome to try again. Maybe the birds and the bees will entertain that post.

Thumps up to Veronica, this is a dead horse, so no need to keep flogging. I doubt if there will ever be consensus about what the ROAR means.

I have to agree, legalization should be there to protect the service providers in the industry, not to take away their human rights.

I must respectfully disagree with you there. There is no ambiguity when it come to Right of Admission Reserved. It's the right of a woman to deside who she has sex with. We don't go to these houses and "gentleman's club" just to hang out. We go there for sex.
But there consensus on one thing. This thread is over.✌
