A: Neither of the two will make a good president, with Clinton being the worst, imo Trump is the lesser evil, unfortunately there is no viable 3rd candidate at present

A: Have been for years - but even if collapse does not occur, savings and even tangible things put together, will always be to benefit in the future, as cost of living naturally escalates plus anything can happen, for instance not being able to work due to health or whatever.
