Interesting read, but consent is still a tricky one to apply

That matter is going on review, thereafter to the Labour Court if need be.
The NEASA ( National Employers Association of South Africa ) - Employers Organisation with over 10 000 members has issued a statement to its members where they warn that this arbitration award does not diminish the risk of employers having an adverse finding against them should they follow this route, as an arbitration award does not create precedent. The question whether mandatory vaccinations are reasonable and lawful limitations of constitutional rights remain unanswered.

consent is especially tricky to apply considering how heavily armed many people in this country are , it's all fun and games and BS until the first guy pulls a gun and shoots someone

Just to be clear the reason I keep harping on about this report is not because one report from one organisation is that important it's because this little episode tells us something about wild_one and anti-vaxxers more generally:

1) they don't give a shit about truth. When the evidence isn't there, they just make it up.
2) their pride is more important to them than truth. Wild_one made an utterly unremarkable mistake (he thought a parliamentary question was a report) but instead of going 'oops, my bad', he doubled down on bullshit story after bullshit story.
3)their 'evidence' is usually just bullshit.

teledummy if you were half as smart as you think you are you would have known there was a 4th reason , but I know you are so stupid it will take you ages to work it out

in fact in my last discussion on the matter I actually gave you the answer , anyone with an IQ above 90 would have immediately seen my mistake , but you and your stupid friend DON'T READ

so lucky for me you never picked it up
