Got to agree that it is most annoying to be told extras can be discussed in the room. I will not visit anyone who takes this approach. Be upfront on prices and services whether it's via PM, WhatsApp, a telephone conversation or whatever. If you want have a discretion and not feel obliged then say so. A good few MGs have adopted this approach and it gives both parties the option to limit their choices. Believe me I've used that choice in the past when reality did not live up to the expectation!
The thing is, with the modus operandi being discuss in the room:
60 min massage - ~30 min massaging the back (perhaps discussion already in progress +++) so 30 mins have passed.
Sultry voice...You can turn over if you like... Lol who says no to this....
maybe 20 minutes of teasing... then with you last +-10 mins at an exorbitant fee you get your ending (that was negotiated)
So in some cases you are paying 1k+ for a 5 to 10 min ending.
In other news, SP's are giving you the GFE or FH at their rates discussed up front. lol there are scammers here and there like my Lonehill ordeal but you are getting BANG for buck

Re: Extras to be discussed in the room
I don't see a problem with when venue doesn't want to negotiate extras on the provider's behalf. You simply contact the provider directly - I see "discuss extra's in the room" as a poorly expressed "extra's are between you and the lady, don't involve the house in your negotiations".
An I have paid R1.5K for extras once or twice, but the ask and the fee were not unaligned, if you get my meaning - no ways I'm dropping an extra 15 blue ones on a vanilla bonk.
The punting scene is a market and normal free-market pricing principles apply.
