@Suburb.I do have a bounty of respect for you,you handled this way better than most punters would have, myself included. Sadly,the lady in question is most likely too ignorant and downright stupid to see the err in her ways. I would have named and shamed but that's just me.
Hopefully there's a glimmer of class and humanity in her to at least send you a pm to apologise.
