There are two business models that come to mind:

1) Subscription based services versus pay on demand (this is popular with digital content, eg. Spotify, Netflix, etc) and subscription based service has the upper hand and will most likely eliminate pay on demand services, if not already. The limitation on this is that it works well for goods that have an infinite supply, i.e., not limited (such as content). A lady's time, however, is limited

2) The second is the old Time Share model mostly used for selling vacation accommodation. This is much harder to implement and the scenarios are complicated and harder to implement. Aside from the negative experience most have from timeshare, which is mainly related to bad advertising, the principles of the model is generally good as it aims for optimal utilization of a scare resource.

I am currently in the middle of my first ever retainer deal with a gent and I do believe its working quite well for both of us besides the fact that he hasn't managed to make much time since I came back from holiday to see me. But otherwise this is month two.

If you're willing to retain 3 sessions or more monthly I can give you a discount and maybe throw in an extra or two as well depending on the agreement and some content.

My main important rule with the gent was at least to notify me one month in advance if he'd like to cancel so that I prepare for the retainer loss and then if he failed to cancel in time (cancels less than two weeks before I expect the retainer)there would be a small penalty fee.

We went through the terms and conditions of the retainer for what I believe was over an hour or so until we were both completely satisfied with the terms and conditions.

My retainers will not have set expiry dates, and if you cannot make time and your sessions build up to more than you think we can get through I am happy to pause the deal.

I'm willing to offer trial run retainers where you retain for one month and decide after that month if you'd like to continue with a monthly retainer. Trials WILL have expiry dates.
