I see your point but I have seen enough of crap services and wrong assumptions than I rather find one willing to put up with too many questions and I confirm a sync for the services I want than just get a direction and get disappointed when there. Also, once there I like little talk about logistics as possible. I just want to be serviced not being asked can I touch you here or there or have someone try to suck me uncovered.
Anyway, may we all find a way or process that works for each.

After a few months into punting I started asking in advance if kissing is permitted. When a yes is the response one of three things will happen. a) The lady goes back on her word. b) She puts in minimum effort just to honour what she said on the phone c) she clicks with you and the kissing is genuine. Some ladies have started off not allowing kissing and after a few visits when they're comfortable with me readily allowed it. It all depends on who you meet and if you click with them.

There really should be no confusion about the term GFE including kissing: has anyone here had a girlfriend who didn't kiss them?

Gary you are on point buddy, don't offer gfe if it's not a gfe, I have seen many over the years that stated gfe and it was a far cry from that but then on the other hand Only around 1% of ladies visited by me thus far (granted I keep to a regular nowadays) has denied me kissing. Maybe shine your teeth, trim your moustach and chew gum and you might be lucky on every visit.
