Everyone judging when the guy actually says with the right precautions in place. To me, that means he's probably willing to do a series of tests etc to make sure they're both clear and likely ensure adequate birth control measures are in place dropping most of the risk to almost nil so I actually gotta give him kudos for trying to do it the right way.
