Ditto... with me too. In meetings you can WA, but not do calls. Besides I only use WA for calls as well. Roaming charges in SA is crazy.

I suppose we as punters need to come up with a (Red light, Green light) safe way that ladies know that they can message the married ones. Perhaps WA status or something?

For me...once, maybe twice (at the most). No response means I move on to another lady.

I will give her allbthe time she takes but as soon as she shows availability after my message then I move, clearly she is not interested.

Agree with this and with Tisha's approach. Ladies by now you should know the questions that 90% of serious punters would ask which includes rates, services, working hours,if you travel, whereabout you are, etc.

The more information you can provide upfront in an automatic whatsapp response and in your advert the less need is there for you to play pong pong. The punter will get the info he wants even when you are busy. Of course you cannot cater for each type of question that might come up but if you are thorough and detailed you'll cover the bulk of them. Go through your whatsapp messages and note the key questions punters ask. Be as detailed as you can. For example don't just say you offer a FH treatment. You know you are inevitably going to be asked questions on OWO and so forth. Clear up anything you are normally asked upfront. Even though you state your area in your advert you know guys will ask about your location - short from giving your address indicate for example you are less than 1km from the McDonald's on Purple Drive. In your rate indicate if you travel or not and include a travel rate if you do.

Try not be vague but as specific as possible. Once you've given all that information you are just left with guys that want to book, some that might have very specific queries that you couldn't anticipate and some time wasters, but you will have provided exactly the kind of information that serious punters want.

Or just copy Tisha's approach. Look at her add and message her on WhatsApp and see what level of detail she provides.

It baffles my mind that some ladies are so inept when it comes to running their business which provides their main source of income. One would think they would do whatever they can to ensure that they respond smartly and in an effective manner on all platforms to ensure that the small percentage of enquiries that do end up in bookings don't fall through the cracks.

When ladies complain its quiet you just have to look at their business model and how effective it is. Yes, there are quiet times, but if you are not running your business effectively then it's even worse when things get quiet. They complain about having to respond, having to put in the effort to come online and engage with punters, they don't reply to reviews whether negative or positive, they don't use the forum to promote themselves effectively, etc etc. Each query (wankers and scammers excluded) has the potential of a booking, maybe not on the day but in the future. Some girls get queries and they become dismissive if the guy isn't booking for that day and they deem him a time waster. Guys sense that negativity - "call me when you are ready to make a booking" says you are wasting my time. People will always remember how you made them feel. On the days when you need it most, those guys that enquired a while back will come through for you.

Ladies depend on this business to put a roof over their head, food on the table, support kids and family, yet 70% of them run it like a hobby, 28% of them put in effort and only 2% are real smart about it, people like Tisha. She is constantly at the top of the top 10. It's not her looks or photos that put her there. That woman works incredibly hard on interacting, promoting, traveling to other parts of the country and going the extra mile all round.

It's not an easy job by any means, but neither is any other job. Don't treat it as easy money or a hobby. Having an advert up and looking pretty is not enough.

Nothing more unproffessional than to sit in meeting reading and sending WA's. It shows you have no respect for your colleagues.

If I am the chair of the meeting, and you on your phone, I will ask you to please leave the meeting. You have been invited to the meeting for a reason, and it was definetely not to spend time on your phone.

The worst part for me is when you try to help the ladies improve their marketing skills. Some start insulting you or telling you off, or telling you to stay off their posts.

For those that are willing to try new things. I have seen them succeed in this industry.

We are never too old to learn. Failure is failure if you keep doing the same thing and fail. In order to succeed you need to change one thing at a time till you get it right.

Do agree with you, but have been told some ladies do get in excess of 30 messages a day, and can only resoond to 30. That does create a slight problem with some messages not answered as promptly as we want it to be.
