People can charge whatever they want as far as I'm concerned, market forces will dictate whether or not it works.

If there are people willing to pay R2K, then WGs can charge R2K. If nobody pays that, they will be forced to leave the business or drop their price.

I don't really get the point of either side of this argument. On the one hand, who cares how much someone charges - just don't book them.

On the other hand, WGs shouldn't be mad at people discussing prices. We can pretend otherwise, but really this is a business deal. It doesn't mean we can't be civil and polite and enjoy the time together, but it's a one-sided affair if it's fine for people to defend prices and not fine for people to express their opinions over those prices.

This does, however, to me, make an argument for putting prices on profiles, or even price ranges. People who want to pay R500 shouldn't have to waste their time phoning people charging R2k, and those WGs shouldn't have to have their time wasted by people who aren't willing to pay their fees.

I don't understand why being upfront about price is such a big deal, but maybe someone can enlighten me.

A Wg can charge anything she wants, it is her prerogative. She may get the price asked and if she is worth it, she may get repeat business, good reviews and more new business, like Kate from RPR and Logan from Sandton. I will happily pay the extra for exceptional service. Selena seems to have an exceptional body, but the fact that she has a bad pedicure etc, right away tells me that she may not be worth the 2k. That kind of price is only worth it if:
1. The lady looks like a model.
2. She is impeccably groomed.
3. Smells good enough to eat, even in Australia.
4. Has a very upmarket and clean premises.
5. Gives you that little bit extra. Gives you a glass of wine, snacks etc. Basically goes the extra mile to make you feel special.
6. Gives you the orgasm of a lifetime probably with owo and a girlfriend experience.
7. After you cumm you want more, you want to cuddle and just have that special feeling that you can escape reality and not want to run fir the nearest Savlon shower.

If the lady does not give you this experience, or most of it (you can probably do without the snacks) then she is probably between the R500 to R850 range, and you getting short changed if you pay anything more. I have been with some WGs who have charged R1000 and felt robbed, but have been to some who have charged R600 and felt like I was robbing them and left a big tip.

Honestly, in The South African wg industry, the best looking and best experiences I've ever had were in the R600 to R1,000 per hour bracket. I've paid more but afterwards I'd think to myself "mmmmmmm you know what? Scarlet from Spam is better looking, a far better shag and I got a much better owo BJ.

As far as paying R2k for a punt? I'm not averse to this at all but as a previous punter pointed out, then you need to be extremely gorgeous, attentive and service oriented. But I just can't see a girl in SA who warrants this.

Look at Sasha from SPM, she is drop dead gorgeous, extremely well groomed, always smells nice and is friendly as hell. Not to mention girls like Kate (Randpark Ridge) and many others. If girls of their calibre aren't even breaching the R1k mark then I'm sorry but I can't justify spending R2k on any other wg in SA.
