What I'm struggling to understand Miss V is... your client had a problem with Sharon. He's a grown man, I hope, surely he is capable of dealing with his own problem. Every one of us punters knows the dangers of this life. He used his personal phone number. His mistake in the first place, he should deal with the consequences. Why did you need to get involved. Maybe becoming to emotionally connected to your clients, or playing mummy to much, or trying to be the regulation authority of the industry?

I'm not pointing a finger or being nasty, I genuinely like you, but it just seems strange that you needed to get involved. He's just another client at the end of the day. Why would you care? And if you do...you shouldn't, it's not good for you. Remember as punters we procure a service. It's a business transaction. All you did was create drama for yourself.

And dear Shakira, Im a drug addict and alcoholic. They say a fisherman can spot another fisherman a mile away. The same can be said for us addicts. You know the only outcome of active addiction for people like you and I is jail's, institutions and ultimately death. I've only ever met you once, and 3 minutes after meeting you I could see it. There is no shame in addiction, its a disease just like any other, a cancer of the mind if you will. If you would like help it is available, but I'm sure you know all this.

Trashy, my client called for advice, and yes, I suppose you are right that I created drama for myself as I went out of my way to try and help him when he mentioned that he didn't want to cause issues for me, but no one could have predicted Shakira would go loopy with a gun and dream up threats. Next time I should tell the client to get lost according to you and allow someone to destroy a clients life because I'm not responsible for anyone else. It's a sin to be a human being and go out of your way for anyone...as they say, no good deed goes unpunished!
