If I may? How about food? Are we going to have a braai? I suggest each punter just bring a braai pack with a tjop, wors and steak for example? And maybe an extra one for one of the ladies.
Parking:
If there isn't sufficient parking space available at the venue, maybe some punters can park at a shopping mall nearby. I will volunteer to run a shuttle service with my car there and back for the punters.
Just some ideas...

GK... good points, I have thought of the alternative parking and Zwan and I have discussed it.
Food wise, we're in two minds about platters or braaing, we'll confirm that once we have final figures available.
