I reckon this should be for reliable 'contributors'. The girls should vote for reliable 'punters'. That would be more accurate methinks, not to mention fun for us. Out of curiosity, and i do not mean to start a discussion on race, but given that a lot of the white ladies on this site have the much loved "ROAR" badge on their profiles, would it not be to the disadvantage of those of a darker skin tone if it was up to the ladies to decide who receives the reliable punter badge? This would mean that those that can visit these ladies have a better chance than those that cannot?

The idea of "Reliable Punter" badge is to let the other punters know that they can trust your advice. But with all honesty I would like to know how many of the present "Reliable Punters" got their badge. There is some punters on the forum that has forgotten what the whole idea behind the forum is, and that was to talk and discuss our hobby, and to share advice. But for some punters the whole idea for the forum is to collect as many different badges as possible.

One last comment anyone who has a minimum of 8-10 punts over a year should be given a badge after 3 years. And guys who post comments of forum on experiences thanks for posting your advice is much appreciated.

I think its a good intent from ESA, but maybe not a well thought or executed approach. Surely we have some marketing, campaign or rewards executives on this forum that can suggest a better approach. See it as your contribution towards your fellow ESA community.
