A. Yes. It is said that Nibiru (Planet X) entered our solar system in 2002, which seems to fall in line with Sitchin's dialogue on the "12th planet". The arguement is that as it nears earth it will influence our oceans (tsunamis) and will cause earthquakes and awaken volcanos (seems a lot of all three of late).

A: Imo much of Mythology is based on reality as evidenced in corresponding oral traditions world wide, so yes Advanced civilizations did indeed exist on Earth before.
