I try to not get involved in how ESA manages their site. I have known Eddie for many years and he knows what he is doing, or ESA wouldn't be the success that it is. I respect him because he has always followed a strict code on the laws of operating this site. It is the most interactive South African sex site with regards to the forum, chat facilities and reviews, etc.
There are a lot of good suggestions in the responses to this thread.
English is deemed the acceptable "Universal language of the world".
However, I do feel we are not being fair by demanding "English Only"
I understand that this is an international website, but we are a diverse country, that has had many diverse changes, we are uniquely multi-cultural and that should be taken into consideration.
I do however wonder if our current constitution would make it legally acceptable to demand that we use English only?

Chapter 1.6
I am not a "legal eagle" but I would be interested to get some feed back from a legal perspective.

Spot on! I never mentioned the constitution from the beginning of this language issue because I feared getting banned!

I'm afraid citing the constitution is a long shot as website jurisdiction is different. (Server physical location).
So if the server is in the US, then US laws apply.
