Sorry to hear this bud. I struggled with it for a 20 years and it makes sex truly unpleasant but you stil get horny and want to release the pressure valves! What works for me is the following:
1) Wear a Dr Longs long lasting condom (or Durex Performa) and masturbate in that. Warm it up so the numbing cream spreads around your penis head. Cum if you want or don't. After a while you'll be reasonably desensitized.
2) Wear a normal condom and enjoy 7min of uninhibited sex.

I still haven't worked out how to last for hours. Unless it's the 5th time in 24hrs in which case I can have fun for long. There really is nothing worse than not being able to please your partner. It's a shitty shitty feeling. I've become a master of cunnilingus because of it.
