Well what can I say this is probably Cape Town's most known adult venue. Like all these places there is always a history ... Nauty 40 is no different ...

Nauty 40 was started up by Mario Fuchs, the Austrian guy that used to own Penthouse Dolls & Bedazzled. Mario moved Penthouse Dolls to 122 Bree Street and sold to Geigei, the present owner, and a German partner (Heiko Müller - a Restaurateur in Germany). The name was changed from Penthouse Dolls to Nauty 40. The 50% share of his German partner was bought by Geigei for R1.5 mil last year.

Business deals don't always go smoothly and the deal between Mario & Geigei ended up in a dispute which was settled out of court for about R70 000 ...

Client blows escort agency deal

A regular customer of Penthouse Dolls escort agency liked the company so much he wanted to buy a piece - but the deal fell apart when he asked outraged staff to perform oral sex on him on his birthday, the Cape High Court has heard.

On Wednesday a confidential out-of-court settlement was reached on his application to enforce the sale.

Falk Graser wanted the court to uphold his deal with Franzelin Enterprises, trading as Penthouse Dolls .

But Penthouse Dolls manager Mario Fuchs said in an affidavit that while he was away, Graser 'saw fit to announce to the ladies that his birthday was coming up soon, and that all the ladies would be required to perform an act of fellatio on him as a birthday present.

'The result was pandemonium. I received telephone calls which made it clear that if Graser came near them, they were going to walk out and that they refused to work for him.'

Graser had been a regular customer for over a year.

'The ladies did not find Graser attractive and they complained to me of his lack of personal hygiene and his frequent, unreasonable advances. I asked Graser to desist from his conduct.'

Graser had told the women they 'could not expect payment from him (for services) as they would be working for him, and they would have to dress very skimpily'.

As a result, certain conditions of the sale could not be fulfilled and Franzelin had been unable to comply with its obligations under the agreement of sale.

Staff had refused to enter into an agreement with Graser because of his behaviour.

Fuchs said he had written to Graser and offered to pay his money back.

'To date, this letter had not been replied to, though Graser did approach me to say he hadn't meant what he had said seriously.

'I pointed out that whether he meant it or not was irrelevant, because none of the ladies was prepared to work for him.'

In his affidavit, Graser said Fuchs's affidavit 'contained irrelevant matter and matter which can only be labelled vexatious'.

His lawyer, Andre Symington, said the settlement reached between the two parties was confidential.

Enough gossip ..

I have frequented Nauty 40 many times since the beginning of 2007 and to me one of venues with the best facilities. The rooms are spacious and en-suite with a basin and shower except room 2 which has a big corner bath and basin. I had a lot of hot steamy soapy fun in this room! The linen is clean, clean towels, a TV with porn (if you are into this sort of thing), robes, heaters and double beds as well as a telephone to order drinks from the bar downstairs as well as for TCM ... (That Cunt Margeaux!!) ... to chase you down on the second your time has expired! They have a cleaning lady who cleans up the room after each booking.

Margeaux runs the night shift and normally comes on duty at 20H30. This woman cannot smile and always looks as if she has one huge pile problem! A friend and I visited N40 about 3 months back. Both booked a lady for two hours ... I think we spent a lot of money ... more than R4000 between us! We came down from the rooms and was busy finishing our drinks in the back lounge area with the two ladies ... 3 minutes later a message was sent to the ladies from the reception desk, again TCM!!, that they must join the other ladies in the main bar area!! WTF!! At least allow me to finish my drink I brought down from the room with the lady ... !! I get the feeling that the bar area is run like a 'conveyor belt' in the evenings?! They haven't seen me there again since that incident ... Damn my favourite WG is there!!

The other shifts are run by two very friendly ladies ... Florence (a French lady) and Xenia (a German lady) ... no problem with them ..

The ladies are divided in 3 shifts ... 11H00 to 20H00, 15H00 to 24H00 and 19H00 to 04H00. The day shift is run with about 10 ladies ... mostly coloured. They run a huge night shift and on some evenings easily have 25 to 30 ladies in attendance! On night shift they have mostly coloured, black, 4 to 5 white and 3 to 4 Asian ladies. So if you like a big variety to choose from then the night shift at N40 is the place!

They have a big bar area with a lounge area at the back ... and for the smokers a cigarette dispensing machine. Don't buy there though ... those machines are expensive. Ask the lady in your company the number of the Somalian owned shop next door ... you phone and they deliver for cheaper you pay at the big retail chains.

Parking is available on the street and might be a problem on busy evenings and / or late at night. The venue is not discreet though and out on the open. When you book ...do so early as this venue really starts to BUZZ from 22H00 onwards. They do have an intro room. You have 3 options ...

1. Phone in ... book a lady for a certain time and go up to the room on your arrival
2. Go straight to the intro room and get introduced to all the ladies
3. Go to the bar area, socialise and make your selection.

So what is the downside ...

1. Not very discreet ... out on the open on the street
2. Parking close by not always available on a busy evening
3. TCM ...

The positives for this venue are ...

2. Spacious rooms and nice facilities
