I am not sure that ever happens. More of a money-in-money-out model for most girls. But it is the right advice.

There is such a variety of factors that go into consideration when making a decision to stay in or leave the industry. Most assume its only about money but personal values change, family structures change, health changes etc. I just think the most important thing is for ladies to be in the industry out of a conscious not desperate state of mind. Like acid this industry can eat u up. A strong mind and brave heart with no regrets is needed.
