Kyla my dear, its about time you woke up and smelled the coffee. You have no fewer than 5 poor reviews on this profile, and your other profiles have not fared much better. One poor review when weighed against 3 or 4 good ones is excusable and would probably indicate that the culprit was in fact the punter himself, or just a matter of not "clicking" The one "good" review by nesh does appear to be fake (on the balance of probabilities) - the use of grammar,spelling and style is just too close to your own to be co-incidental. So right now, your scoring is 5 : 0 in favour of poor service. And that spells big "kaka" for you. The punters who read this forum are, for the most part, prolific punters and you will be missing out on a pretty huge chunk of referral and repeat business, which is going to leave your piggy bank pretty empty.
The best thing for you to do is to apologise for your bad service (and perhaps attitude), pull you socks up, (or drop your panties) and make a commitment to improve your service. And STICK to the commitment. As the good reviews start rolling in, it will be pretty evident to the prolific punters that you have indeed cleaned up your act, and they may very well drop in to see and taste the "new and improved" Kyla.
And just to prove that I'm not all "yada, yada and no ching ching", I'll take one for the team, and drop in for a booking with you within the next two weeks (unannounced of course).
