I delete or don't know what I did but lost a new message in my mailbox from a client on ESA can't find its gone. Do you know how I can get it back at all?

Happened me as well. Accidentally deleted the message. A few hours later the guy sent me another message asking if he did something wrong, why did I not reply.
Was such a hectic day and I was travelling, so did not have time to reply. Now I thinks it's too late. He may have called, booked and been to see me already.
